G-D01 partition is a 80mm double partition wall. The partition comprises a perimeter frame made of anodized or spray-painted aluminium profiles containing two panes of glass, wood, metal or fireproofing and so forth. The perimeter profiles have a telescoping cross section and house adjustable steel feet that can allow for any level differences in the floor or ceiling. The profiles fixed on the ceiling install a spring board which can decrease the problem of ceiling sedimentation. Moreover, soft hard PVC strips are fitted on the profiles to ensure a perfect sound insulation.
Between the two panes, there is a special profile (we have two choice, transparent and opaque profile) and an soundproof adhesive tape which is acrylic two-way adhesive tape is attached to ensure a perfect seal. For the transparency, The vertical jointing profiles between adjacent panes of glass are made of extra transparent joint gap. This joint gap is designed 8mm to ensure the stability as well as the transparency.
The panes are shock-tested toughened glass or fire-retarding glass(8mm or10 mm thick).
In other material panes, we adopt asbestus between two panes to enhance the fireproofing and soundproofing of the partition. |
